Since 2020, Mido has released several re-editions of its "rainbow-ring" watches originally launched in the 1960s; this particular model pairs a 40.5mm polished stainless steel case with a black PVD coating and the signature rainbow scale, successfully blending vintage and modern aesthetics. The unidirectional rotating bezel features a black aluminum insert with a 60-minute scale. The solid case back, embossed with a starfish motif, ensures water resistance up to 200 meters.

The colorful concentric scales indicate decompression times for various diving depths; by simply aligning the minute hand to the 12 o'clock position before a dive and using the rotating bezel, the wearer can accurately track decompression time. The hour and minute hands, applied indices, and the dot marker at 12 o'clock on the bezel are coated with Super-LumiNova, and a date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. Inside, the watch is powered by the Calibre 80 automatic movement, featuring a Nivachron anti-magnetic hairspring and offering an impressive power reserve of up to 80 hours.
